Hello everyone When I first heard the term ‘raw’ food I thought YUK! Uncooked, unsavoury and not for me. That was until I tried a raw dessert and realised how wrong I was. A raw dessert is creamy, rich and satisfying as it is jam packed with goodness from nuts and dates. Raw desserts also retain more nutrition as they are not heated above a certain temperature.

I decided to trial my new desserts range at the Leicester Vegan Fair, the whole day was a massive success and I was elated to completely sell out of stock.
